Oak Moss

Hello Ya’ll!

Today I’m sharing all the details of my most recent project……. and it is a BIG project. I had been eyeing this desk at one of the Goodwills here in Asheville for a while, like 3 weeks ya’ll. So last Sunday afternoon here I went to the Goodwill in West Asheville to take that baby home with me……… it was gone.

My own fault 100%.

So I spent half an hour in there moping around in there in hopes go finding something else but that was a No Go………. until I started walking to the door !

Just so ya”ll know, it didn’t look a thing like this above.

This chest of drawers is made of pine.

I chose a color near and dear to my heart…..

The paint color is called Oak Moss from Melange paints. It is an amazing green, if you asked me . I love the color green anyway but this green is something else. It seems to have a special light to is, if that makes any sense at all. And sense we are talking about Melange paints , it’s all I use right now.

I just love these little legs!

Truly, the drawer liners are my favorite thing about these refinished pieces.
