Have you ever noticed that when you get on FB Marketplace you never know what you will find. Last week I was finding nothing. Finding nothing is super dangerous for me. When I can’t find a piece of furniture on Marketplace I immediately go in to MY FURNITURE REFINISHING GIG IS OVER. Yep…….. every single time. And I go nuts. It took me a minute or 30 to put my crazy away just go on with my third load of laundry. When I did get back on Marketplace It was just as bad but I did have a better attitude . Like SO WHAT…………I don’t need to find a really nice dresser. I could probably find something smaller……..
As I was loading this in to my car I just kept saying well at least its wood. Still bummed out on my way home I started thinking ……. it is wood, no finish on it and 5 drawers. Maybe this will be fun……… especially if I don’t try to cure cancer on this one………….
I have no earthly idea what type of wood this is. But the top I left raw because I loved the beachy vibe that it has. I did leave the wood top natural and sealed it with a clear coat to protect it.
I painted the rest of the piece in a cream color .
And as ya’ll can tell I am still in love with this gray wallpaper.
