Today’s victim ya’ll.
Except for having to pick this sweet piece up in the back of beyond, the piece was just as described in the Facebook Marketplace. So as soon as I got back home with it I dove right in on it. The piece was pine , which means pine knots, which, which means no natural drawers :(. At first I was disappointed in this fact until I cracked open a brand new to me paint color.
Lord, what a stunning emerald green!
This color is a Melange paint color called Ponchartrain.
As this is a children’s piece I had to go with a very fanciful drawer liner
