Ya’ll today I would like to share with you our Thanksgiving tablescape this year. It will be quite different than years prior. This year I traded bold /bright colors for a primarily neutrals, more texture and less color. Soooooo, here we go!
The two new additions to this Thanksgiving tablescape are the napkins and that big ol’ turkey tureen. Everything else I have had for a while. Two things about the turkey tureen : He has a matte finish and he is LARGE, both of which I love. I had been holding on to a couple Pottery Barn gift cards and I finally pulled the trigger on him.
For the bread/ desert plates I used some of my brown tansferware and I love bringing the antiques in to the mix. Our everyday dished are Mikasa Italian Countryside and they are a cream color so they blended in seamlessly . The seagrass chargers were $3 each at Dollar General several years ago.
The napkins are from Kirklands. They actually look like burlap and I love the texture. they come in a pack of four and each one has a different word printed on lt.
I hope that all of ya”ll have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving! Hold your loved ones close to you, hug everybody, laugh a lot and tuck these memories away in your heart . I truly wish you, my friends a wonderful Thanksgiving.
