Ooooooooo ya’ll!
I have got the fever now !
Today I’m going to show you how I took an empty Amazon box, some hot glue and $2.50 worth of cookies in to a fun Christmas decor.
Juuuuust trust me ……

As (my) luck would have it I needed a wreath form, alas I did not want to put actual clothes on. Now at our house the odds of having a cardboard Amazon box in the recycle pile is a sure bet. I cut out one of the larger sides of the box and then traced around a salad plate to make my form. Next I traced around a saucer the middle of that cardboard circle and used a razor knife to cut out the middle………..and I had a wreath form for FREE.

I found my (actual) gingerbread cookies at Big Lots for under $3.00 a bag. I used a high temp glue gun to adhere one layer of the little men , foot to foot all around the cardboard form that I made. When gluing them foot to foot there is a gap mid body from cookie to cookie. To cover that gap I hot glued a second layer of the gingerbread men to cover that gap. All that was left to do was pick out a ribbon to hang them from.

How cute is this thing , I ask ya’ll??
Plus it smells so good!!
I’ve said this before but we do not use a lot of red at Christmas lately.
This rather neutral take on Christmas suits us.

Have fun ya’ll.
