We spent several days on top of mountain in Tennessee this past week for some much needed seclusion and idling. I am being perfectly serious about this. We rented a one bedroom cabin online, hit the Kroger with an impressive supply list and hauled ass up that mountain. It was not roughing it by any stretch . The view was unbelievable and so was the weather, plus I got to soak my crazy hateful joints in a hot tub every night under the stars. Obviously we had wifi since I was able to post a couple pics on Social media, incase you missed them.
I did manage to hit one of my favorite fabric sources before we left the state though 🙂
Lord. Help. Us. All.
Give me all the linen decor fabric please!
This gray lined medallion fabric is just perfect ya’ll.
Linen is a mania of mine anyway.
The only non linen fabric I got was this gray ticking stripe by Magnolia Home.
I’m thinking it will make a nice accent fabric in the living room.
This piece was an impulse buy but I do love the less cool and more Summery colors. At the very least I will use it on pillows for the shop.
The Ikat is by far my very favorite.
So I got a three yard remnant of this one thinking I would just get online and order the rest and make curtain panels for the living room ………. until I say the $67 / yard price tag, then I passed out!
Old Time Pottery ya’ll.
$5.99/ yard
Everyday.
We do not have this store within an hour plus of Asheville so when I’m near one I stock up!

You should have heard me ooh-ing and ah-ing over these fabrics. The gray ticking stopped me in my tracks – love it! And I do think the print with the summer hues would be a nice counterpoint in your living room! The Calico Fabrics in San Diego just closed – I didn’t shop there very often, but I liked knowing was there. So now I have to rely on JoAnn’s, which can be hit or miss sometimes. I was wondering where you were when you posted on Instagram – the pictures were beautiful! I am glad you enjoyed it so much!!!!
