I write a LOT about the furniture I refinish and sell in my shop. Stands to reason because furniture is the bulk of my inventory in that shop, I would say about 75%. The other 25% ? It is made up of textiles, framed art and smalls. I took a big haul of smalls down to my shop this week and I thought I’d share those today.
I basically stock the same type of smalls consistently:
Fun things to set a table with.
Textiles :)))
All textiles are handpicked by me, laundered, pressed and folded then taken to the shop.
These are poppy print King sized pillow shams and they are beautiful! It took a buttload of restraint on my part to actually leave these in my shop and walk away.
When selecting framed prints I stick to classic botanicals, bird prints and black & whites .
Chalkboards
In this case I found a really nice table top frame and sprayed the glass with several coats of chalkboard spray paint.
The frame really makes this one kinda elegant.
Now I stared picking up old baseballs and some softballs a couple months ago to fill a few thrifted hurricanes with and now they are a staple.
Who knew?
Paige

I love those poppy shams too – such great colors and texture. And that bird print – so pretty! These smalls are all such simple, classic, beautiful pieces. I get why they sell; they make a home feel warm and inviting! Is that Miss Lily photo-bombing in the first picture?!

Good morning Paige, This a curious question. Do you sell the whole vase of baseballs for a decor item or are your customers purchasing the balls separately? I love the design look. Thanks. Martha Thompson
