It is beautiful here in Western North Carolina this weekend :)))
Beautiful and cool.
I have spent most of this long Labor Day weekend outside, either out on our deck or the front porch as I am right this minute. The weather is just perfect. I was out here this morning early with my coffee when inspiration struck but there wasn’t any way in the world that I was changing out of my feety pajamas to anywhere. Fact of business, its 4 pm and I am still in my feety pajamas. so, as Big Daddy says, ‘A Paige has got to do what a Paige has got to do’. He gave up reasoning with a Paige loooooog ago……
God bless his little heart:)
My very good and sweet friend Diana gave me a gift in this burlap bag some time ago. I’ve kept the bag because I loved it and I just knew I would find something fun to do with it one day.
People, that day was this morning.
My also good and sweet friend Donna had brought me a huge bouquet of hydrangea about two weeks ago and they have dried beautifully. I would have been some kinda sin to toss them out.
The colors against our black front door are amazing.
This was the easiest thing to do.
I stuffed a bunch of plastic grocery bags in to the burlap bag to fill it out. Then I arranges the dried hydrangea. the grocery bags also hold the stems of the flowers in place.
Have a lovely week!
Paige

I LOVE this especially since I’m having trouble finding a wreath in store that doesn’t look horrible or cost $150 (lookin’ at you Willians Sonoma!) 😉
