I thought it might be fun to set a simple Easter table using pastel colors since it’s something I never do. Not the Easter table part. The pastel part.
My Mama always hosted Easter. Her table was always to die for and always done in pastels. And, she and my Aunt Wanda would also make Easter baskets for everyone filled with really good chocolate!!!
So here is my attempt at it 🙂
Simple and sweet.
The star here is the flowers.
The standard 3 for $10 grocery store variety.
I am here to tell y’all I could not resist these pink snapdragons!!!
I also have another free printable for ya’ll.
If you’ve never visited the blog Craftberry Bush you owe it to yourself. The lovely and talented Lucy will certainly keep you entertained! Here’s the link to her beautiful watercolor Easter printable:
You can use it as a place card or, and I prefer to write a little Love Note to your family on Easter.
In our family we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. My Aunt Wanda is Chief Prayer in our family and she always ends the Easter Blessing the same way………
“And Dear Lord we thank you for letting your only son get up, so that we could.”
Amen
I have put together a simple Easter menu of dishes that anyone could prepare. These are recipes that I actually cook and I love and also that our family enjoys at our own Easter dinner.
