Of all the tulips, I’m pretty sure orange is my favorite.
I brought home my first pot of them about five years ago and it was on.
Bare in mind there ain’t a bit of orange in my house. But these just scream Spring to me! I just dropped all three pots in to white stoneware and then covered up the soil with polished stones from the Dollar Store. I think bright green moss would have also been really pretty.
I find these pots of orange tulips at my neigjborhood grocery for between $3 & $5 depending on the size of the pot. The cool thing about that is when the flowers are spent, I move them right out in to my beds in the front of my house. That way I can enjoy them for years to come. Or until the squirrels eat them.
Which ever comes first.
These salad plates are my favorites. The were given to me my my dear friend Donna. They are part of a collection of black Transferware that I’ve worked on for years.
The bunnies are special.
They were the very first pieces of tableware that I acquired when I started to get REALLY serious about this hot guitar player I was dating.
And I married him 🙂
Have a wonderful weekend!
