For this table setting I decided to throw in a bit of color.
Maybe a bit of red!
Let’s start with the elements that stayed the same. I kept the white plates, burlap runner, silver candlesticks and the silver rimmed glassed.
I added the red toile runner that I made myself out of the last of that fabric I’d been hoarding for years. I really like the layering of the toile with the burlap.
Next, I traded the woven charges for my silver ones. They are antique silver serving trays. Every single one of these I have gotten at Thriftstores. I don’t think I paid over $3 for any of them. I also switched our the flatware.
I really enjoy using little ornaments in my Christmas tablescapes. They are the perfect take home gift. I lined my white footed bowls with a Christmas red napkin and placed a galvanize metal snowflake ornament right on top .
I love them! They would hold a placecard nicely.
The centerpiece is made up of a silver serving tray, a cake plate and a small white china urn.
I added the pinecones, flower ring and antlers. The large silver and gold ornament in the urn is actually plastic!
Money spent?
$0
I just dug around in my cabinets and got creative with what I already had on hand.
I still have a trick or two up my sleeve!
I might even spend some money on the next one.

Hey, I really liked these photographs. The decoration looks stunning. You have a perfect choice my friend. I also need to organize an event at some local Chicago event space but I am not creative so looking for help in arrangements. Could you please share some ideas?
