We have a big black front door. It goes well with the taupe siding on the house. We also have a covered front porch which , in my opinion makes the door regardless of color stand out less. Not too good when you want to decorate it seasonally. So I have to be particularly careful when choosing anything to hang
on it.
My usual moss door cone filled with WAY too many orange tulips (per Big Daddy) needed to be retired. The moss was faded to a yellow-brown and the tulips looked dirty pink. So I did what we all do when I want a change NOW.
I got on Pinterest.
In about half an hour I had this .
And I am sooooo happy with how it turned out!! This was my kind of project
for three reasons:
1. Cheap and easy
2. Easily seen from the street in front of my house.
3. The perfect lime green, one of my favorite Spring colors.

Love your welcome ring and I really love the number on your new door. Did you do this yourself? If so would you share?

Thank you very much! No I did not do it, it's another Etsy find. I think it was $8 or $9https://www.etsy.com/shop/WelcomingWalls?ref=s2-header-shopname
