It’s been a really eventful week on my blog! Lots of traffic and LOTS of excitement, for me anyway. I got my first features this week! This is a HUGE deal for me or any blogger, I think because it speaks volumes about your blog and your work.
To me it is also about acceptance. When I first began to read blogs I was in AWE of every aspect of them. I didn’t begin to even consider the possibility of writing one for years though. I was intimidated by nearly every aspect of it. Then, after my Mama’s death I found myself with a lot of time on my hands and an extremely cloudy brain. It is amazing to me how putting a paint brush to a piece of old furniture and a fingertip to an IPAD will clear your head. Fact.
Enough about that.
The first email came on Friday morning. If you had your window cracked open at your house you probably heard me SQUEAL!!!
